"China" is the only word that I heard. I think we need to watch China closely. It might have something to do with what this guy, nicknamed "Black Scout," said in this video. I'm getting a lot to do with drones and I know that's already happening but there's something more coming concerning drones, something more serious and all this spy balloon instances.
